Professor Alban BAILLIEZ, a university nuclear medicine physician in Lille, specializes in nuclear imaging using SPECT and PET, particularly in Cardiology.
A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Lille, he earned a Doctorate in Clinical Research and Innovation at the University of Caen, focusing on the applications of new semiconductor gamma cameras in Cardiology.

for Cardiovascular Remodeling Imaging) at Cyceron in Caen (Prof. MANRIQUE), he is Head of the Nuclear Medicine Department at the Hospital Group of the Catholic Institute of Lille (GHICL), Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Lille, and Vice-Dean for Innovation.
He regularly supervises theses and research projects, particularly on
quantification in Nuclear Medicine, and is interested in technological innovations in SPECT and PET, as well as the production of new radiopharmaceuticals from mini-cyclotrons, both in clinical practice and research (Humagines project at the Saint-Philibert Hospital/GHICL site).
