Louis Rousselet
The Dr Louis Rousselet is a public health specialist physician, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Lille. In 2020, he defended his medical thesis on cluster detection methods in the context of epidemiological surveillance. He also holds a master’s degree in methodology and statistics for biomedical research from Paris-Saclay University, obtained in 2018. He is now preparing a scientific thesis on atrial fibrillation within the French national health data system (SNDS).
He is currently Head of the Medical Information Department (DIM) of the Group of Hospitals of the Catholic Institute of Lille (GHICL). He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Midwifery, and Health Sciences of the Catholic University of Lille.
His scientific activity focuses primarily on the utilization of complex national hospital or medico-administrative databases (PMSI, SNDS) for activity analysis and epidemiological research. In this context, he is particularly interested in cardiovascular diseases.
